Line of work?

i have been a pediatric nurse at children's for the past 10 years. during that time i worked as a travelling nurse and lived all over this fine country. currently i work a few shifts a month as an actual nurse, the rest of my time is spent doing quality control for the stem cell transplant program (think leukemia, not cloning). it's good stuff. i'm also getting my mba--we have an on-site program that works out really nicely with my schedule.

Who do you still keep in contact with?

heather, sue, norm, mike ahlberg, david. it was great to see a bunch of people at norm's wedding this summer--especially brandi.

i always wonder what happened to jason dowling...

What were some of your most memorable experiences in HS?

i thought high school was pretty fun in general. i do remember one occasion in which jenny adams and i were talking in mr. wietlespach's class despite like 5 warnings to stop. we somehow corraled oscar martinez (who was super quiet that year) in to our conversation. mr. wietlespach couldn't take it anymore, wheeled around, saw oscar talking and yelled "oscar martinez, you are warned!" to which oscar replied, "thank you sir". i almost peed my pants i laughed so hard!

Most memorable experiences after HS?

too many to name. i've done a good job of living life.
